Peter has
extensive experience within Human Resource Development environments.
He has a PhD in Human Resources Development with a specific emphasis
on enhancing business performance through the development of people
and policies.
He established
HRD International in 1995 and provides consultancy support to a
cross-section of organisations enabling them to embark upon corporate
change and initiatives that require experienced external support.
As the former
Head of HR and People Development with the Hambros Marketing Group,
his role included providing full support to all divisions of the
organisation including the gaining and maintenance of accredited
status within this highly regulated sector of the market.
All told, Peter
offers a range of expertise from his background of academia, human
resources and organisational management, training and development and
big company exposure. This breadth of knowledge and experience
provides the balance for a first-class consultancy service.
